It doesn't cover the Cyborgs app at build.cyborgs.team, or other websites we link to, such as our compliance partner's.

- Your email address, when you sign up for early access, and which form on the page you used.
- What you send us, if you write to us by email.
- Basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider records this in server logs whenever anyone visits a website it hosts.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share it for advertising.
- This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser. It's never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
How We Use It
- To contact you about early access, including when your team can start.
- To reply when you write to us.
- To keep this website running and secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.
If you're in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal basis is your consent for early-access emails, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website for server logs. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who Handles It for Us
We use a small number of providers, who process this information on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts this website and handles the sign-up form.
- Resend delivers each sign-up to our team by email.
- Our email provider stores those emails and any messages you send us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for early access. We keep other messages only as long as we need them to help you or to meet our legal obligations.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email founders@cyborgs.team and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, including California, the UK and the European Economic Area, you may have further rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or objecting to how we use it. We won't treat you differently for using them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where It's Processed
Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and their teams, not for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
